Flourless raspberry brownies

Cooking gluten free has its struggles and the biggest one for me is balancing the budget side of things.  So, I've compensated by using a lot of flourless recipes and not having to buy the expensive flours. Her eyes is my favorite brownie recipe. Adapted from thehomemademommy.

Flourless Brownies

4 eggs
1 c cocoa powder
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Mix together and pour into wax paper coated bread pan. Bake at 350 for 25-35 mins. The brownies will look like bread but will soften as the cool. Peal off wax paper and allow to cool.

Today I added some raspberries and it tastes wonderful!
